Face coverings

Face coverings are recommended to be worn, but are not compulsory to be worn within the restaurant area of the hotel. They are compulsory within shops and other indoor areas for those over 11 years of age. We kindly request that you wear your mask on check-in, checkout, within the public spaces of the hotel.

Our team members will continue to be wearing face masks.

Dining at The Falcondale

  • We encourage you all to take a seat in the restaurant or lounge spaces and we will take your order and serve your food/drinks to your table.
  • There are no limits to the amount of people allowed on a given table – though we are limited to the size of tables that we have available at the hotel.
  • Bookings a table is highly recommended as current demand  is very high, and so we advise to book ahead.

What steps we are taking

We have undertaken staff training and gained the “We’re good to go” mark. We are dedicated to ensuring all our guests and staff are safe whilst at The Falcondale and have taken the necessary precautions to make this happen. The hotel operates an hourly and daily cleaning list which has identified high touch points such as handrails, door handles, light switches etc. Your room has been cleaned by a team member whose received extra training and is following new guidelines that concentrates on high risk surfaces.
